Climate data – when available – is often out of reach for farmers and others who could benefit most from it. As part of GCCA+ for Madagascar, a guide has been produced to address this gap, explaining how to interpret and use such relevant information. Accompanied by the training of key national and regional actors, the guide will be adapted to serve as a tool for the entire country. Crops covered include rice, corn, peanuts and yams. Pig and beef farming have also been addressed.
